From the Van to Your Back Garden

Front door, then down the side passage

Most Birmingham semis have a side passage or a gate to the back garden. Measure it and check the gate opens all the way. Carried upright on its long edge between two people, the box is only 130mm to 240mm thick, so it goes through most side gates.

The longest box is 2.41m (the Max), so check it'll turn any corner at the end of the passage.

Terrace with a shared entry? Have a word with the neighbours before you leave a box in it.

Can't get it round? Open it at the front and carry the parts through the house. Panels weigh 25.5kg to 34kg each.

Choosing a day, and safe places

We'll confirm the courier, and how delivery days work, before ordering opens. Your confirmation email will tell you when to expect your kit.

The boxes are big and heavy, so it's best to be in. If you can't be, add a safe place in the driver notes at checkout: a garage, a carport or round the back, never out on the street.

Outside Birmingham?

No bother. We deliver to every postcode in England, Scotland and Wales, from Solihull and Sutton Coldfield to Cardiff and Carlisle.

Plug-in solar kits can't be used in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, so we can't send kits there.

Changing your mind

Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund, or within 14 days of delivery. After delivery you pay to send it back unless it's faulty, so keep the box and packing until you're sure.
